Pros
These workout bands are a great alternative to dumbbells. As long as you don't expect them as pull down gym equipment quality, they are just fine. These are good for a complete home workout, but they are not as heavy duty as i expected.
Cons
The sliders are not the best quality. Rusty corroded clips, very hard to open. The tension on these things are garbage.
