These bands are easy to use and very adaptable to my group.

Cons

The product is simply not durable. Band ripped after only 1 year. Wouldn't purchase from this seller again.

The hard handles rub into your wrists. There is no conceivable reason as to why the handle itself should open, other than for the adjustable ball contraption to shorten the band length. Options are limited because the handle piece should still rotate.... Read More

The band is not adjustable. The method for shortening the elastic tube is difficult to understand and hard to accomplish.
