Pros
This product has strengthened my wrist and forearms substantially. It works your tendons in your forearms and wrist that are not normally activated through static lifting. It exercises the forearm like a rubik's cube.
Bought this one. Easy to use. Highly recommended. Works as intended. I bought it for my son.
Cons
I use several hand strengthening devices and this has to be the sorriest one. The string provided is too short to be of much use even when you give it an almighty *. The powerball requires a string to be wrapped around it and pulled, and in my opinion... Read More

On a side note i became fascinated with the motion of the gyro and calm it instilled in me as i absentmindedly used it all evening long
It was fairly easy to get the hang of and after starting it with the string a few times i was able to start it with my thumb
This product works your tendons in your forearms and wrist that are not normally activated through static lifting
The build quality is great so that wasnt a problem
Price
The price is great and its a lot of fun as well as muscle strengthening
No a huge fan of the shoe string starter but it works as expected the price is good and with practice you will not need the string

It helped my daughter rehab for gymnastics after a broken hand
I havent needed a cortisone shot since i began using a dynaflex
