Windows software works fine when it's working from a clean reboot. The app works ok on my iphone, and once you learn the app's way of working, it is serviceable.

The build quality of the product has a premium feel to it. Overall a good product in my honest opinion.

Charging is quick, the app to printer time is immediate. My only complaint is that the printer disconnects from the app quite often, which forces you to take the time to reconnect it.

The real problem is that it keeps disconnecting from my phone x. The bt-connection is lost all the time, it has nothing to do with distance etc, it is the software. There is no auto shut-offf timer on this device, so it just stays on causing the batte...  Read More

Broke down after somehow fusing dymo tape to itself. Because i bet half of the label cassette you purchase will be blank.

Would not recommend this item. It's a piece of junk, especially for what it costs. This one, however, is not worth purchasing.

The dymo labelmanager plug n play label printer is a slick little label printer, but without better software into the trash it goes. It is not possible to connect to this printer to print a label. For you developers, don't buy this printer.

It's hard and non-intuitive to do almost anything, such as change the font size. It also sometimes prints in insane large font fir one label then regular for another.
