i hung mine just a bit higher because i didnt want them touching the floor
I love these curtains two setup rules i would take into account is making sure to measure the length of the top of your window to your base board and then adding the difference of the curtain to that length
So place rod at least 6 inches above window so that curtain isnt piled on the floor
