Head rest is unusable. The back is completely straight and the head part is bent even more forward. The wings on the side of the chair dig into my ribs.

The extra cushions are alright its very uncomfortable at first but apparently it helps your back due to ergonomic design buthonestly took off the lower back pillow off the chair

Its nothing against amazon since the model number is listed i just had not realized there was also models with a nylon base and was disappointed upon first opening my box to see a nylon base instead of an aluminum one
