My old chair i replaced had a manual crank system that would allow you to adjust the lumbar pressure but you could not adjust where the lumbar was hitting you in the back and it did not give for your back

I especially love the wider seat i felt constricted by my legs in the old seat and took off the arm rests because of that which eventually led to it falling apart with the removed support for the back

Probably my number one biggest issue with the chair is the arm rests

On one side i felt none and on the other side i felt a strip of velcro run along the whole back but was only attached to the backing that the strap for the lumbar threaded behind and not on the backing behind the padded cushion

As was mentioned in some other reviews the instructions are a bit sketchy so i had to go to some online videos to watch how to put the chair together

It started to tear apart maybe 6 months into owning the chair but its not that big of an issue
