The material covering the chair was great over most but id say 10 or so was not set well

The other item is the small bit of velcro holding the seatback in place was not stitched down loose thread was apparent lack of qc on this

You will want to put another lumbar support on this as the pillow it comes with is small but thick going forward rendering you unable to rest your upper back and head on the chair
