    Even for single residences this is a life saver, better to find out your main line is clogged by seeing water and debris coming out of this outside, then to have it come out the lowest drain inside.

    My 6th sense must have kicked in, as i ordered this product and installed it just 2 days before tree roots in my sewer line caused it to do exactly what it claims to do.
