This is by far the best induction cooktop pan i've used. It heats up very quickly and evenly across the whole bottom (admittedly this is a small pan) it responds fast to temperature changes from the cooktop, and is super-easy to clean. Does not have a... Read More

Loved the product. It is gorgeous and works fantastic. They are awesome.

Cons

The tri-ply pan is too heavy for my liking. Everything sticks to it. It is now out in hubby's shop and he is trying to clean it up but not having any luck.

If you purchase these pans just know they are not the 34unhealthy34 nonstick but just season the pan and cook low and slow

But that doesn’t work and the calaphalon skillet handle had ridges under it that really dug into your fingers no way
