Im a winter bike rider and just today wore these over thermal skins in 20 degree windy weather with wind chill at 8 degrees for 45 minutes and was perfectly comfortable caveat i live where it gets a lot colder than that and am used to it so you might not agree with my review

They fit comfortably over another layer even my work pants i sized up for that could wear the next size down solo as a pant and are not bulky at all around the waist which really makes them work well for cycling
