Pros
Hoovering is a joy now. I have two birman cats, which malt and they leave cat fur everywhere. Would highly recommend this hoover.
Very good suction power which can be manually adjusted with air vent on hose. It really picks up well and the suction can be adjusted to fit the underlay.
This product is fabulous. It's quite and suctions well. Overall very pleased.
Cons
Awful hoover. Worked okayish for first month and then lost all suction. The hose works fine but once you put the attachment on to roll it on the floor, it won't pick up much at all.
I am extremely disappointed and appalled at the poor quality of an item that had such good reviews. It’s affordable but don’t waste your money. Very disappointing and a waste of money for me.
Ongoing problems. No option for refund, no warranty. Would like a refund please. And this product has no warranty in case of sudden breakdown.

Didn’t use it at all just took out of the box as we decided we didn’t need it but was a nice little light weight vacuum

Everything is good about it as a hoover however after 5 months of having it the handle snapped i found that the plastic is cheap so good for suction but very flimsy probably not good in the long run

The brush head slides onto the nozzle and this can slide off again during vigorous hoovering

Try swiping the small head towards you rather than from side to side

This tends to fall off as i hoover so i secured it with an elastic band

I dislike the length of the hose from the unit it could be a bit longer

Only had it a year bought on 5th may 2020 and i write this on 5th june 2021 and it’s just suddenly stopped working
