Pros
Delivered today, put together in 5 minutes, cooling us down. What a palaver to assemble. Great fan powerful.
Customer service was excellent and very polite. I haven't been disappointed.
Because it's powerful it isn't the quietest fan but it's a trade off between cool and a bit of a hum. It is so powerful and keeps you cool. Very quite and cools the air down fast. Obviously louder on setting three but shifts alot of air.
Cons
There’s no instructions so on trying to put it together realises why it was impossible there was a piece missing. Instructions are not clear on this and you will need a screwdriver. Also cut myself by the blades trying to unscrew one of the bolts.
This fan is far too powerful on it's lowest setting. On the lowest setting, the fan noise is well above ambient noise levels. The cable is quite short so be prepared to buy an extension cable and/or move your chair. The biggest downfall is how loud th... Read More
A beautiful, modern aesthetic and high-end functionality are sadly wasted. Disgusting that faulty goods are being sold for a premium.

The fan arrived i thought it was the same as the one i bought my son a few weeks before and its similar but putting it together took ages due to the plastic ring you have to match up with the fan casing

First the pole wouldn’t come out

Then i had to ask a neighbour to help putting the ring around the fan cage as i was unable to do it myself

The fan appears well made but assembling the metal guards together with that stupid plastic ring was a challenge
