It says in instructions it rotates 360 to me thats means it oscillates or is it manually rotates 360

I had an initial fault on first item delivered but the product was returnable at no cost and quickly credited and replaced

Great sturdy item would be better if could swivel the fan head from side to side but not overly a problem

The fan proper is 6 inches but the cage adds another 2 inches giving a total of 8 inches

It comes in 3 separate parts and only took a minute or so to assemble and get it working

Its just what i wanted it clips on the table of the work station with protective lining on the clip
