Pros
As i get older, convenience is increasingly important and this hand held unit sits neatly in a drawer, ready to use immediately. I'm delighted that for ease of use, this is good to go in seconds.
Cons
Now it's been two months since my purchase. I hope they contact me after this review. This is not acceptable.

Quality
The parts can all be washed in the dishwasher and the mixer is comfortable to hold and not too heavy
It works well the features are safe and i have absolutely no complaint so far

I looked at another kenwood as a replacement but i wasn’t impressed

The kenwood handheld is cheaper but the motor is 150w less powerful it only has beaters and there’s no stand or wall mount

These items sit neatly in a clear plastic base so when not in use everything is neatly stored together
