Overall, the feel of it is amazing and it doesn't squish into any wierd shape under my *. Definitely provide softness against hard seat. For those who need to sit on a toilet & have little natural padding, this is comfortable.
It's definitely a lifesaver if you have sciatica. Just needed a 2 inch lift for my elderly mom's knee replacement. Had thigh surgery and tummy tuck.
Cons
It’s not refundable. I couldn't return either, so no big, that's understandable. Do not go by my thought assumption tho. Very cheaply made with not much thought.
It has the smallest opening ever to do your business. Makes it hard to clean underside of toilet seat.

Youll need to add plenty of extra tiedowns all along the cushion to hold it in place and stretch to a lot to widen the gap in very front
