Pros
I use this cane following a knee surgery that is taking a long time to heal due to complications. Purchased for my husband after a ruptured quad and knee surgery. Hopefully, this helps me through pt for my broken ankle.
Nice light weight foldable cane. Folds easily and extends to lock quickly and almost automatically. Needed a folding cane is necessary.
It could be substituted for any one of several nylon and/or cloth drawstring bags. It packs well in a suitcase.
Cons
Duro-med adjustable cane has an awful handle and tip. The cane collapses at the most embarassing time. No strap or other binding is included.

The carrying case is really just a cheap heavyduty plastic bag with snap but it fit easily in my undertheseat tote and could be substituted for any one of several nylon andor cloth drawstring bags i already owned
