Pros

Comfortable and customizable. Even at 90 degrees it still feels like you’re leaning back. Mesh makes it so it doesn't feel sweaty if you're sitting in shorts.

The chair is a little squeaky which isn't a big deal but can be a little annoying. The padding that i thought was going to be too hard is really not too hard at all. It is quite a bit heavier than the cheaper chairs that i have purchased in the past.

Quality is sub-par. There aren’t words to describe how unintuitive and inept it is at doing its job.

The reclining feature feels like there's no happy medium, you're either leaning all the way back or sitting straight up and stiff. It reclines freely, offering exactly zero back and lumbar support.

The lumbar support is uncomfortably low and key word here is uncomfortable. The seat part is thin cheap foam and doesn't support me and i'm a fit 5'10 190lbs. In addition, the lumba support on this chair is awful as well.

Also the armrests are so wobbly. The headrest wiggles and is not secured. The roller blade wheels are too much.
