What you want to do if you use cura is look for the setting flow rate

As others have suggested i heat my pei bed up to 65 for the initial layer and then back it down to 40 under the glass transition temperature for the rest of the layers

I have not been able to get it to adhere to my printer surface default glass with cr10 but im a complete newbie and its definitely user error
