Easy to apply, easy to stretch when taken off the backing sheet. Provides a tight bond with the floor without me having to drill in to the subfloor. Will definitely use again rather than drilling the floor and using the conventional fixings.

Tried using various other adhesives to stick down a door threshold strip and they all failed miserably

After searching the internet i found this one with good reviews and tried it worked first time

I originally tried grab adhesive to stick the bars down as the tiles had been laid without a small gap at the door way thresholds so didnt feel comfortable in drilling holes through the tiles and into the rock hard cement base floor underneath it held for 12 hours before the threshold bar started to lift and move

Frustratingly i tried again only this time using a better make hoping that would hold better but to no avail
