Pros

The kit is generic enough that if fit fine in the martin branded firebox, although i ended up not using the included 8-32 or 10-24 wing nuts as the firebox had no mounting studs.

Easy to install. If you or someone you know is moderately handy with hand tools and the outlet box is already in place, this is an easy install.

Fan is very quiet and move the airs. Motor is a little loud at full speed. It isn't too noisy, and the tv doesn't have to be turned up super loud to drown it out.

Took 25 minutes for thermocouple placed on bottom of firebox to activate. I think this is because the coldest air in the room is at the floor and is being pulled up and heated through the fireplace. The room is warmer than you would expect.
