Pros

It is a bit loud, but if your heater furnace or a/c kicks on, those are much louder. Run nearly non-stop with low noise.

Fan works excellent. Hope with the summer just getting underway that it does what i wanted it for so far. A real bargain too. It costs slightly less and, in my opinion, is superior.

This fan blows out the moist air under my crawl space. While replacing my blower, i needed a vent for the crawlspace. The fan is made out of plywood.

Cons

Set up for smart app was poor and unable to complete. Both units have run continuously since install at 28deg temp turned up to 65% before they would shut off.
