It is exactly 5 x 7 so its difficult to align under a rug thats exactly the same size

One side to go down on your woodtile floor so the padrug wont slip and the other side is the gray top you see in the picture

And it is hard you have to keep pulling the piece you are cutting off

The only really sad thing was that i had to cut it down significantly because the original rug i was going to purchase was an 8x10 but i ended up sending it back and purchasing a 7 foot square rug
