Back armour hugs your spine right below the tailbone and just over your *. I build medieval steel armour for edged weapon combat so i'm picky and this is pretty good.
Xxl fits my 230lb frame well. The mesh helps breathe in air to your body in hot summer days.

The shoulder bone is protected which is nice but it doesn’t cover the lateral deltoid much

There is no liver protection and your kidneys aren’t overly protected by the back plate either
