Pros
The silicone gel gives little spongy and cushioning feel which is comfy. It makes creamy feel on heel. It's very effective for healing cracks.
They fit snugly in my shoes without adding bulk and provide instant relief from the pressure and discomfort i used to feel. They work great barefoot. My carpeting * the moisture out of the soles of my feet.
Cons
The product folded or billed when a sock was put on. They curl and come off of my foot. Useless for me.
