Pros & Cons
Pros
High quality and a great way to get iodine in your diet. It has a lingering taste of the sea, and is a good salt substitute. Adds a nice flavor to food, especially seafood and vegetables.
This is the best tasting snack ever. A pinch a day supplies all we need to stay healthy.
Cons
Not a very controlable way to dispense the dulse. The product label cites a dr brownstein, yet ironically, misspells cite (as in citation), as site. Definitely too fishy for my taste.
Highlights
Quality
Overall very high quality and a great way to get iodine in your diet
Best to sprinkle on after food has cooled a bit if that sort of thing might bother you
And dulse is a heavy metal detoxifier
I also like it on homemade kale chips
Price
It is really nutritious so i feel it is worth the price
Competitiveness
Great health benefits i have tried other brands and this one is far better
Go alternative to salt and contains iodine naturally
