Pros

At 71 years old any redemption is welcome! Remarkably typical delivery. Great value- get the 2 pack if available.

Use it in vegan recipes where l want that seafood taste. Great in my vegan crabcakes. It tastes great and is so nutritious, no other ingredients. It gives a nice salty flavor.

Cons

Full on confetti sized dulse very difficult to eat. Some are big enough to literally break a tooth and others provide a crunch. The package exp 01/2020.
