Pros

This is the same product prescribed (it is otc, though) prior to a colonoscopy. This product helps a lot if you constantly have constipation.

Box is deceptive when it says gentle but the pain really isn't that bad. The only complain is it makes my stomach hurts so bad. No major cramping and very slight abdominal pain.

Took two pills at 5pm and another one at 9pm. Took 2 one night and woke up at 3 am.

Cons

I have a pretty gnarly pain tolerance and half the recommended dose of this almost took me out. Vomiting, cramps, dizziness, & a clogged toilet are all you can expect when taking this.
