I think all of these are to expensive for vinaigrette’s and most aged vinegars turn into a gel when making vinaigrette’s if mixing one half vinegar one half olive oil

I think its about a dollar and half per ounce if you buy the larger bottle maybe a little cheaper than that

But calivinegar turns into glob of thick gel you can’t work with if you mix it half and half with olive oil
