Pros & Cons
Pros
Due vittorie is amazing! It's worth the cost, in my humble opinion. Regardless, it does the trick and fits the bill. Perfect combo of price point and quality.
Dipping bread. On bruschetta. Adds to a salad. Purchased for caprese and salad dressing to be served at a family baby shower.
Not too bitter, just the right amount of sweet. Lovely thickness for great presentation, but not sugary. Thicker than some with a hint of sweetness.
Only complaint is i thought i was getting the gold version. Not too watery but acceptable. Husband is very picky about his balsamics. About the same consistency as real maple syrup.
Comes in a nice bottle, with wooden stopper, plus a replacement pour spout stopper. Bottle retains a balsamic film on the inside as the product is used, so you know it's genuine. A few drops on a piece of good parm is a treat.
Cons
One of the bottles is defective. This stuff has the consistency of tar and doesn't taste much different.

We had to deepen the slit since the vinegar was so thick it needed more air to even get out of the little glass spout
