Pros & Cons
Pros
Both pour spout corks look like they are cracked, but this is carved on purpose to allow air in while pouring vinegar out. A cork stopper with a glass tube works great but the tiny little cork for the glass tube is a bit fiddly to remove.
Taste is personal. Not too watery but acceptable. About the same consistency as real maple syrup.
I prefer a thicker and sweet balsamic and this one delivers. Lovely thickness for great presentation, but not sugary.
Cons
One of the bottles is defective. This stuff has the consistency of tar and doesn't taste much different.
