Pros & Cons
Pros
This aged balsamic is very tasty. Excellent for caprese, bruschetta, and whatever else.
Recommend highly - reordered for christmas gifts. This splurge is so worth it. This one is the real deal. Will be buying again. This is a pricey purchase.
Great with tomato/mozzarella/basil salad. Try it on roasted root veg, in a peach compote with honey and thyme.
It is bold, full bodied, slightly sweet, slightly acidic and very tasty. The viscosity is a little thicker than most grocery store balsamic's. Very deep multidimensional bouget of them.
Beautiful bottle that makes me use it more often when it catches my eye on the shelf. Bottle with the little pouring spout and stopper is very charming. Love the glass spout, be sure to get it for quantity control.
Cons
Cavet emptor. Way too acidic, with a cloying flavor. Couldn't discern much difference between this and a $4.

My cork on the spout was so small could nearly hold it
It’s a drizzle product not a pour it in your salad product which my friend did with my bottle
Price
You can also dip good cheers in it and the combination is unique

Packaging/appearance
It’s in a beautiful bottle and would make a nice gift
My one small concern is the packaging
Competitiveness
Flavor and texture very close to a much more expensive vinegar i own and better than one i bought in italy at the port on a cruise
Thicker and worlds better than most anything you can find in stores
The flavor is just excellent and i find it to be thicker sweeter and less acid than most brands
The viscosity is a little thicker than most grocery store balsamics

While not the epicurean level of balsamic vinegar it was a huge upgrade from the faux balsamic vinegar we normally buy

Do not be worried about the grooved channel in the cork

This is to allow air into the the bottle since the very thick balsamic vinegar going through the stepdown glass pouring spout is very small and would not make pouring difficult without it

Vinegar is excellent but the spout is messy vinegar comes out the spout and bubbles up through the air hole and drips down the bottle after you set it down
