Pros

Skechers gorun have a good amount of foam in the heel area. They loosen up tight muscles with gentle, rounded nubs. It saves me and my foot, which saves my back, and my knee.

This foot rubz is sooooooo good. This is the third one i've bought--one for me, sis, and now mother. This helps so much! It is so great!

Cons

It specifically states that it uses acupressure techniques. After just three uses a couple of nodules are about to fall off. The nubbs are too small and very uncomfortable on my foot.

This a good product very firm rubber with knobs on it to massage the arch of your foot

I had bunion and hammer toe surgery done one year ago which left me with extensive nerve damage in my foot

I’m on my feet alot and often my the end of the day they are tired and worn

It’s so simple to use inexpensive and amazingly helpful

And especially for the price i cannot recommend it enough

I had purchased one earlier and thought i lost it but pretty much as soon as the new one was delivered my old one popped up
