These are fantastic for running and daily use. If you have to walk on pavement, they’re still comfortable. My dog requires walking everyday and now i'm not walking around in fear that i'll slip!
Really grip on ice and snow. Easy to put on, easily removed.
Living in manitoba, one of the harshest winter in the planet, this traction aid works the wonders! Great traction on ice and snow. A very safety precaution to take. Great for walking on the ice and speed walking in the snow.
The l/xl size is the best. They fit on easily over my shoes or boots and i feel very secure but still have to be careful. Some effort to put on size 11 boots but stable. Sizing an issue.
Ils sont aussi bons. Utiliser sur de la glace comme il se doit. Recommandé très fortement.
Cons
It barely fits on a women's 8 boot. Once on, they bunches up the toe box of my runners and i irritated my toe.

The price is right and these work
Didn’t know where to write this but i have decided not to return this item as it is to expensive to pay the postage thankyou
Buying new spikes was 5 less than a new pair so i bought them
