Pros
Easy to use and compresses very well. I have no issues whatsoever with it. Works like a good clay.
The sealant look good though i have not used it yet. The consistancy of silly putty, it's not too sticky yet. Non toxic and moldable play dough like material used to seal the hole gap for a pipe entering the exterior wall of the house.
Great product for outside ducting. Good at preventing drafts, moisture, insects, and rodents. If your building an airguns- pellet trap this is the stuff you want.

The product doesnt harm wire insulation and it adheres to stuff pretty well as long as you keep saw dust sand and other grit out of it

Its a lot like that nonhardening rope caulk that you can buy in rolls but its a larger quantity
