One of our patio tables is a large round one that seats 8 without the instillation wand it would have been difficult to use the cover

The installation tool is a pvc pipe that comes apart and is stored in a bag within the cover

The tool does not drop out because there is a bag with a velcro closable flap preventing the pvc pipe from falling out

One disappointment is the pole to assist putting the cover over the umbrella is long and the sleeve that it goes in is short so one must store the pole somewhere else or take it apart every time you put the umbrella on and off and put it back into the sleeve
