The only issue is that if you use the base option instead of clamping the stand to the desk then it can easily become unstable with 2 22inch monitors if you move the monitors away from the centre of the base

One star deducted as i have needed to retighten a couple of the bolts a few times when a monitor has pivoted forwards

I wouldnt recommend asking the stand to hold the monitors out in front as it may over balance

This item is very well built and yes you do have to read the instructions as you may not neet all of the parts as in my case but they are all there and if you change your monitors all will be well

If i had to improve it any it would be that the arms extend and retract as i have different size monitors attached but this is not an issue
