I had bought a pair of gold earrings from jc penney earlier in the week for 40 those were poor quality and broke on the first day

They werent able to given the size of the stone but even in this unusual situation where they supplied a perfectly great product but we had a situation where it didnt work for us they supplied a return label so shipping back cost us nothing and then when they realized they couldnt help gave us a full refund
