Pros

These are the perfect amount of cushy and firm. I feel like these insoles absorb all of the weight and provide the cushioning i absolutely need! These feel really cushioning and a good bounce to them.

These insoles are the secret sauce for happy feet. I work on my feet and they're always sore. No sore feet and makes walking so easy. They turn the stiffest dress shoe into something much more comfortable!

They are very comfortable and cradle the foot nicely. These are a nice upgrade to my husband's work boots. I have a pronounced arch and these offer support throughout the sole of my foot.

Cons

Left side of my forefoot hangs off the sides, no matter how its cut. The left side feels fine however the right side feels like i am walking on small rocks and its painful.
