Pros
The base of the sleeve has a stronger grip for the ground which we never put to the test. For my gps ankle monitor, this is the second one we purchased.
The bottom has a slight tread so it is safe to walk in slippery areas. Definitely recommend this product to anyone needing 100% waterproofing. In lake for 5 hours plus an swim next dry as the desert.
It is stretchy. It's huge on my foot which isn't a problem because the air gets * out by the hand pump. It seems to cushion it somewhat. It is tight on the calf but i have large calves.
Cons
Do not buy this product or from this seller. Saying they'll accept a refund is incorrect. Now that i have what was not in the discretion i am unable to return it?

It is not uncomfortable and it is very well made
The cover did not leak and even after being taken on and off a few times there were no holes
After the first week the top of the cover did stretch out a bit he does have a tiny leg and lost the ability to stay airtight
Price
Although this costs a few more dollars it is well worth it

My son broke his fibula and had a cast from the toes all the way up his leg ending right under the knee
