Pros
Color is on the yellowish/brownish side, comparing with the grey concrete/mortar. I think, it's smoother than the mortar/cement sandy texture. It spreads nicely with a putty knife and stays put.
Cons
There are much better ready mixed products out there that are just as easy to use. But, the price at lowes is a little over $5.

The only reason i ordered it on amazon is because i didnt know my lowes carried it and i ran out

However be warned that the color is a different grey when first applied but dulls after a few days

I know it needs to be thin to be able to be squeezed out of the tube but this to me is too thin
