Pros & Cons
Pros
Add about a teaspoon to each loaf and get great results. Makes a whole wheat loaf rise like a commercial bakery. Makes awesome bagels. Fantastic results improving the pizza dough rise and flavor.
Medley hills farm dry diastatic malt powder is the secret ingredient to my favorite sourdough recipe. This powdered high fat cream is very handy. It gives the flexibility i need to add a touch of luxury to lots of foods and control the calories.
Cons
If one can't trust the product to arrive in a useable state, it’s rather pointless to buy it. Not really a good malt flavor for pretzels or bagels.
