When you get it first it looks kinda weird but after you take it out of it’s plastic packaging the pillow expands by itself and becomes fluffy and yet firm

I like this pillow because the softness and quality of firmness on my head is perfect

Since i got these pillows delivered i have slept through the night and best thing was i did not have a sore neck the following day
