This is the second aftermarket screen i have installed on my wife's iphone. Because there was no instructions or recommended video to watch, there are a few steps that are a little tricky.

It says one year warranty but its not an easy process

I have contacted the seller but dont like the process because it does not include my order since it is out of the return period

If the seller offers a one year period amazon should offer that tag on the order information making it a standard process especially since it is an amazon fulfillment

Seller returned my contact message very quickly and has said they will mail out replacement

Not sure as product was originally fulfilled by amazon if it will come quickly or if it has to come from overseas this could be a longer process
