Cons
The nest web site displays an incorrect subscription billing charge for every month. The new nest app is horrible. Nest cameras are weak if some kid can just hack into it and watch us.
The camera is unreliable. Unless you can prove to customer service with a receipt, there's no way to get it activated. I'm now on my third replacement with the warranty because they send refurbished cameras and not a single one has worked.
This company is not to be trusted. It is a choice that does not inspire confidence in this company. If you want that peace of mind, then go ahead and buy it.
Video color hue is a bit off as * show as shades of burgundy.

The image quality is great and the thing is very reliable with no issues in over 2 years
So easy to install and the video quality is suburb
The only thing i wish it had was a little bit crisper video quality
The pictures are very clear and it is very small and pretty discrete
Price
I would have given 5 starts but the cost of 99year for cloud storage i had to bring it down a notch
Competitiveness
This my second dropcam camera and i could not be happier
Plus the dropcam app still has the location based on and off
The original dropcam served its purpose onetouch setup and streaming but there are much better cameras on the market now
The replacement version nest cam is a major step forward but still expensive to archive compared to wyze cam

As you may know dropcam was picked up by nest and i did have some concerns that there would be an issue getting the two cameras to work

It has lost connection a few times but im not sure if it is the camera or wifi
