Its built well enough the buttons seem ok and the labels are clear on their functions

The toner could emit louder alerts as the tracer gets closer to the specific cable that would be an improvement

The tester works great and is able to determine the cable pairs if there is an open circuit shortcircuit incorrect wiring as well as split pairs

I moved into a newly constructed house where the builder prewired with cat5e wiring to each room to a central mechanical room but did not label any if the wires so i had 8 cat5e wires to terminate and patch

Of course it has limitation like distance ping is missing but what do you expect
