These must be initialized each time you want to cycle the pad so you must be able to see them

The operation is a bit annoying in that you have to turn both a temperature and a time control dial completely off before it will operate

Also turing the settings to 0 befire you turn it on and then resetting them is a nuisance

However the control is not all that intuitive for startup as one has to set the heat to zero before restarting

Great heating pad but the switchtemp controller is awkward to use and requires light to be able to see the settings
