Pros
Entering and leaving the car is no longer painfully twisting my back.
This product works like a charm. This was purchased for my dad. It was purchased long ago and in storage until this year.
Cons
After about 20 minutes in the car the cushion was caused discomfort. Wouldn't even swivel due to contour of car's seat. Cushion is very stiff and somewhat dangerous if patient is minimally ambulatory.

The seat was helpful with transferring my brother into my car however my seat is somewhat bucketed so the round cushion doesnt sit well in my seat

So instead buying a swivel chair or swivel foot stool that you have to storage after playing

My only suggestion would be to increase the padding as it becomes somewhat uncomfortable on long trips leading to increased stops

Often once she is in she is sitting partially sideways getting out just as difficult

This worked fine in my car crv but did not work in a truck silverado or a gmc terrain the seats have too deep of a bucket that make the swivel not work
