Com201206tutorialhowtosewlinedbacktabcurtainsdrapescurtainpanelswhateverusing those instructions i was at the stage where my panels were already hemmed along the bottom and sides
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
With the panels lining side up and starting with the left edge i pinned the tape across the top of the first panel covering the raw edges of that hem and making sure the first loop started 12 inch from the left edge and that the tape was 14 inch beneath the now folded top of the panel

I pinned it along until i got to the right edge of the panel

This tape is heavy and it doesnt unravel so theres no need to finish edges that you cut
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
The tape is the color of the lining and doesnt show from the back side
