I could not tell what the picture was but it is obvious when you use the gun which is dripless and which is not

This was much worse with the thicker polyurethane caulks i liked using being superior in almost every regard to silicone caulk

Im pretty used to hitting the pressure release lever when finishing a bead of caulk so ill probably wont use the dripless feature
